At Quotrell, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items aren't the perfect fit, you can return them within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log in to our returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the garments are unworn and in their original condition.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest designated carrier location or local collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team has inspected your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 to 7 business days.
